Executive Assistant

National Sales Manager

Job Description: We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join Snowmass Village’s most dynamic employer! The Silvertree Hotel and Conference Center is ideally located in the heart of Snowmass Village. It is the perfect hotel for conferences, special events, or sightseeing weekends.

We are looking for top performers! Responsibilities include: Soliciting, negotiating, and booking new business by expanding account base for our hotel and lodge thru various efforts, including but not limited to, outside sales calls, telemarketing, direct mailing, and referrals. You must maintain and monitor existing accounts to insure optimum booking activity. Must sell conference business within the assigned market segment (experience in Washington, D.C. preferred) with specific responsibility in either regional corporate or national association and excel in high-level negotiations.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years conference sales experience in a ski resort environment. Booking groups over 200 rooms on peak nights. Understanding of hotel/catering contracts, excellent computer skills including but not limited to word processing, spreadsheets, internet software, email, inventory, database software, contract management, and Delphi management. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to understand sales goals and production reports.
